HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

We begin production within 24 hours, and your prints are usually ready to ship in 2–5 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days. For remote locations, please allow up to 7–12 business days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive two emails: an order confirmation as soon as your payment clears, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number the moment your piece leaves the studio. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the courier network to activate live tracking — until then your link may not show movement yet, which is completely normal.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Every product page includes a size comparison chart so you can see each size in a real room before you decide. The most reliable method is still the simplest: mark the exact dimensions on your wall with painter's tape and live with it for a day. As a general rule, a single piece looks best at around two-thirds the width of the furniture below it. Still torn between two sizes? Email us your wall measurements and we'll tell you which one we'd hang.
DOES MY ARTWORK ARRIVE READY TO HANG?

Every finish except the unframed Poster arrives ready to hang with a hanging kit included — Framed Poster, Canvas, Framed Canvas, Metal and Acrylic. Framed pieces are built with responsibly sourced oak or ash and shatterproof plexiglass instead of glass, so nothing shatters in transit. If you choose the unframed Poster, you'll receive the print on its own, ready for the frame of your choice.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship free and tracked to 30 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Czechia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Your piece is produced at the studio best placed to make your chosen material and size - our network covers 21 countries - then ships from there, which keeps transit short and in most cases avoids customs charges altogether. If your country is not on this list it will not appear in the country selector at checkout, which means we are not able to deliver there at the moment. WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

Usually not. Each order is routed to the print studio best placed to produce your chosen material and size, so most deliveries stay within your own region and arrive with no customs charges. Two things are worth knowing: production coverage differs by material — a framed poster and a metal print aren't made in the same places — and if your nearest studio is temporarily out of stock, your piece may be produced in another region instead. A cross-border delivery (most often into Canada from our US studio) can then attract local import charges. Where duties or taxes do apply, they're set by your local authorities, collected by the courier, and are the customer's responsibility. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

Because every piece is made to order, production begins soon after you order. If you spot an error in your size, material, or shipping details, please use the cancellation link in your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order enters production with our print studios, and changes can no longer be guaranteed. Please double-check your options before completing your purchase.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We stand fully behind our quality. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@posterever.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the piece and a photo of the shipping packaging with the tracking label visible. Once our team has verified the claim we produce a free replacement right away — there's nothing to send back and nothing to pay.
WHAT IF I SIMPLY DON'T LIKE IT — CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes. If a piece isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, an exchange or store credit, and we never charge a restocking fee. Because shipping is included in the price of every order, an approved return is refunded in full — you simply arrange the return shipment itself. The artwork needs to be unused and packed securely in its original packaging. Email support@posterever.com for return authorization first — please don't send anything to the address printed on your original label, because our pieces are produced at local studios and unauthorized parcels can't be tracked. WHERE DO YOUR IMAGES COME FROM?

Every piece in our archive is restored by hand, image by image, to a standard we call Film-Era Clarity. We don't use automated AI upscaling or generic digital enlargement, because both strip away the grain and texture that make an era recognizable. What arrives on your wall is a restored archive image printed on archival, gallery-grade materials. You can read more about how we work on our About Us page.
CAN I REQUEST AN ARTIST OR POSTER YOU DON'T HAVE YET?

Yes — and asking is free. Tell us the artist, the film or the poster you remember through our Archive Requests page; a name is enough to start from, and a blurry phone snapshot is a bonus. We'll search the archive and tell you honestly whether the original restores well. If it does, it's added to the shop and you pay the standard price for the size and material you choose — there's no search fee and no restoration fee, because every piece in the archive is restored by hand before it goes on sale. (Restoring a photograph of your own works differently: that one is made for you alone, so it's a quoted service.)
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE PRINTS?

Yes — the more you hang, the more you save. Two pieces take an extra 15% off, three take 20%, four take 25%, and five or more take 30%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and stacks on top of items that are already reduced.
